GAME RULES – Bunny ByLashes | Christmas Giveaway (2025)

1. Organizer and contact

Organizer: MM Group Import Kft. (registered office: 1173 Budapest, Pesti út 237. A/27, company registration number: 01-09-430319, tax number: 32554515-2-42, e-mail: mmgroupimport@gmail.com, phone: 06-20/480-5353 (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).

2. Duration of the game

Starts: 2025.11.20. 8:00 (Central European Time, CET/CEST).
 Ends: 2025.12.20 23:59 (CET/CEST).
 Comments received after the deadline will not be included in the draw.

3. Conditions of participation

Any natural person over the age of 18 with a Hungarian address can participate in the game.

Excluded: the Organizer's (and the Organizer's) senior officials, employees and their close relatives (Ptk. 8:1. § 1. point).

A participant may participate with one (1) Facebook account and one (1) valid entry. In the event of multiple accounts, bots, automated entries or manipulative behavior, the Organizer may disqualify the player.

Participation is free, with no purchase or payment of any fees required.

4. Game progress and participation method

The game takes place on the Organizer's Facebook page: Bunny ByLashes - https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=61576994322049

To participate, you must comment under the Game Post according to the given call: [e.g.: "Write in a comment which of our products you would try first!"].

Liking this post is optional.

Sharing the post that includes the game, with the link:

Tag at least 2 people in the comments section below the post. Tagging is only acceptable if you link to the given Facebook profile, i.e. with "@".

5. Prize(s)

1 50,000.-ft shopping voucher

2 25,000.-HUF shopping vouchers

3 10,000.- HUF shopping vouchers

Furthermore, everyone who participates in the game (in accordance with the rules) will receive a one-time 25% discount coupon code, valid until 2026.01.31. 23:59.

The vouchers only apply to products sold on the website www.bunnybyshop.hu and can only be used when purchasing on the website!

The prize(s) represent gross value. They cannot be exchanged for cash or exchanged for anything else.

6. Draw, reserve winner, minutes

Draw date: 2025.12.22 12:00

Method: draw using a random number generator, in the presence of a draw committee of at least 3 people; a record of the draw is drawn up (number of participants, time, method, winner(s), reserve winner(s)).

Number of reserve winner(s): 4. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours of notification, the prize will go to the next reserve winner in line.

7. Notification and publicity of winners

The Organizer will publish the name(s) of the winner(s) in the Game Post (in first name + last name initial format), tagging the winners.

Winners must contact the game organizer via private message.

Method of prize delivery: Online, by email.

8. Taxes and contributions, other costs

The Organizer shall bear the personal income tax and any social contribution tax liability arising in connection with the prize, as required by law. The winner shall have no obligation to pay in this regard.

Any additional costs related to receiving the prize (e.g. repeated delivery, travel) - unless otherwise specified by the Organizer - shall be borne by the winner.

9. Data processing (GDPR) – brief information

Data controller: the Organizer. Contact details: see point 1.

Data processed: Facebook username/ID, content of the comment, name, contact information (email/phone), delivery address in case of winner(s).

Purposes and legal basis: conducting the game and awarding the prize [GDPR Article 6 (1) b) – performance of the contract]; publishing the name of the winner(s) in the Game Post [GDPR Article 6 (1) f) – legitimate interest]; marketing communication with specific consent [GDPR Article 6 (1) a)].

Retention period: [90] days after the game closes + accounting/tax recordkeeping period for related documents.

Data subject rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, portability; complaint submission: National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), naih.hu.

Facebook/Meta is an independent data controller; the platform's own policies apply.

10. Consumer complaint handling

Contact details in case of complaint: [email address], [postal address].

The Organizer shall respond to consumer complaints in writing within 30 days at the latest (Fgytv. 17/A–C.). If necessary, the deadline may be extended once by a maximum of 15 days; the consumer will be informed of this in advance.

Conciliation: the consumer may contact the Conciliation Board competent for his/her place of residence; the Organizer undertakes to cooperate.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Organizer is not responsible for any loss resulting from any downtime or technical errors of the Facebook service, but will do everything possible to ensure an equivalent event without disproportionately harming the equal opportunities of the participants.

The participant is responsible for the legality of his/her own comment (it may not violate any law, good morals, trademark/copyright, or personality rights; it is prohibited to encourage mass tagging of third parties).

12. Legal compliance and platform rules

Participation is not subject to payment of a fee; this promotion does not qualify as gambling pursuant to Section 1 of Act XXXIV of 1991 on the Organization of Gambling.

Since 01.01.2023, the "prize draw" has not fallen under the jurisdiction of the SZTFH; this game does not need to be reported and is not subject to licensing (provided that there is no stake payment).

This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook/Meta and participants release Facebook from all liability in connection with this promotion. Sharing on personal timelines or requiring tagging friends as a condition of participation is prohibited.

13. Other provisions

The Organizer reserves the right to amend the rules/cancel the game in the event of force majeure; the amendments will be published in the Game Post.
